`eth_getLogs` on the Tokyo mainnet RPC accepts at most 1,000 blocks per query, which is 100 seconds of chain at 100 ms blocks. Multicall3 is at its canonical address, `0xcA11bde05977b3631167028862bE2a173976CA11`.
